The Jamaican Sunset F2 from Phoenix Flower brings a truly anomalous and potent line to your garden.

This hybrid started with a ridiculously pungent Nor-Cal cut of Afghani #1, which was crossed with Dying Breed’s “Sour Jamaican Lime” (SJL). The SJL is renowned for its battle-proven quality, amazing lime terp profiles that hint at green curry, and ridiculous resin production. This initial pairing was immediately superior!

Phoenix Flower then refined the line by crossing it back to outstanding males found from the original Seed Junky Sunset Sherbet BX1 drop. This process was designed to bring a broader terpene palette to the “desert flowers” while matching it with a stout and pungent Afghani/SJL male.

The Evolution:

• Structure: Instead of a heavy Afghani or a short Sherbet plant, this line produces elegant plants that stretch to form super-chunky buds like premium OG varieties.
• Aroma & Flavor: Those crazy Afghani terps carried through, but the nose is complex: expect a hashy, sweet, sour, kushy nose with unbelievable herbal and mint hints.
• Appeal: The bag appeal is off the chart, and the resin production is to die for! This big hitter shows its potency without reserve, making it undoubtedly unique and a must-experience strain.

Jamaican Sunset F2 is ideal for outdoor cultivation and will do very well in a greenhouse with trellising. Yields are solid to above average, and the buds are a trimmer’s wet dream! It does take some grow skills to get the full expression from this line, but it is absolutely worth the effort!
