What types of payment do you accept?
We accept the following payment types:
- Debit Cards (If you would like to use your debit card, place your order using the Cash or Money order payment option, in the comments section mention “Cash App” and we’ll send you a request.)
- Blank Money Orders; and
We DO NOT accept payment by:
- International money orders
Please note: When paying with cash, please make sure to send the exact amount due, using only notes/paper money (i.e. no coins) and always send by CERTIFIED or PRIORITY MAIL so you can prove your funds were delivered (no signatures please). We cannot be held liable for payments lost in transit.
Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email along with your donation number. Once we have fulfilled your order within 24-48 hours, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.
What is the cost of shipping and handling?
We ship all orders discretely via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number for a flat $8.00 fee.
Unfortunately we have had some bad experiences shipping internationally recently and have decided it is best not to take the risk at this time.
What do packages look like when they are mailed?
DCSE understands that customers rely on complete discretion, especially when it comes to what packages look like when they are mailed. All products are sent in nondescript crush-proof boxes to protect the items within. DCSE values the privacy of customers highly, and endeavors to protect this at every stage of your order. Shopping, payment processing and client aftercare all have this privacy factor as our top priority.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we do not have a brick and mortar shop at this time and no longer offer a pick-up option. All donations are shipped discretely via USPS Priority Mail in crush proof boxes.
How can I check that you have received my order?
You will receive a confirmation email including your donation number confirming that your order has been placed and is awaiting payment. If you have placed an order and not yet received a confirmation number, please check your email program’s spam folder. If not there, you may not have completed the check-out process.
Once your donation has been received, you will be sent a processing confirmation and lastly a shipping confirmation along with your tracking number.
How do I change my address?
You can change your shipping address by replying to your confirmation email. Please be aware that you cannot change the address for a shipment once it has been shipped!
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your donation by replying to your confirmation email. Please note, if we have received your donation, your order can only be cancelled only if your order hasn’t been shipped.
Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box address?
Due to the nature of the business we can not offer refunds or returns. As all seeds look alike we can not ensure that the seeds were not tampered with or stored improperly.
We apologize for this and offer this satisfaction guarantee: Your gift will ship in perfect condition as they came from the breeder, no premature or damaged seeds will ever be shipped to you and if for any reason you’re not satisfied, kindly email us and we’ll make it right!
How long does it normally take for an order to arrive?
DCSE strives to get all gifts out within 24-hours of of receipt of your donation (except for Sundays).
Credit card payments are by far the quickest. If you have paid by credit card you can expect your order to be shipped the next working day.
Money Orders and cash payments can take 3-7 days to arrive. It is imperative you send your cash/blank money orders by CERTIFIED or PRIORITY MAIL. This helps ensure that your cash payment reaches its destination. Due to the questionable security of sending cash by mail, we advise you to consider our other payment options.
All gifts are sent via USPS Priority Mail and will arrive within 2-3 business days. We do not require a signature unless specifically requested.

Do you donate seeds?
Yes! For those veterans that cannot otherwise afford genetics, we do have a limited supply of genetics donated by top breeders from around the country. All we ask is for you to send us an email explaining your situation and why you need seeds. Please note priority is given to veterans, persons with disabilities, and care providers.

You must be 21 years or over to donate any products from our site and you agree to the terms in our disclaimer when you check-out.
For individuals in the United States, DCSE and its affiliates provide “souvenir seeds,” otherwise known as hemp seeds, that are negligible in THC and are legal in most states and countries to possess. Our souvenir seeds may be used for collection, for food, or for genetic preservation purposes. We do not condone illegal acts with our products!
