R2 NL2 (Northern Lights #2)

This is a long-standing, inbred line (IBL) of Northern Lights #2, a classic and highly-regarded indica-dominant strain. Swami Seeds’ version of R2 NL2 is described as a high-quality resin producer with an early flowering time. Its aroma is noted for a unique combination of maple syrup and butterscotch with a sweet, deep hash fuel scent. It’s known for being an excellent resin producer and for its ability to grow well outdoors, even in harsh climates.

Snow, Herbie and myself are the last hands on this branch of the Darwoh CT IBL. I know my selections were based upon what I remember of the 80s CT imports myself. All classic Chocolate Thai bred in the US under greenhouse conditions for several years myself. 90 to 100 average, good yields, vigorous, potent Squirrel Tail ancestors. It can be slow-cured for several months to create the Chocolate character of the imports.
