Back in 2022, Motific produced a line we call “High Notes”, which was the Humbolt Seeds line, “Very Cherry” crossed with our highly refined Magnum Opus f8 stud. Very Cherry was a pretty special plant back in the day, a cross of the Nor Cal staple “Lemon Kush” and an unknown Humboldt mystery strain that imparted terrific ‘cherry tart’ terps. We loved Very Cherry so much that we had to make “High Notes” to nail down those Cherry Tart terps – and so we did. The Dank, hashy, gassy M.O. f3 brought it ALL to the Very Cherry mom and remains a line in the Motific stables to date. It was natural so see how it would marry to the White OG v.2.

In 2022, Motific began an arduous search to unearth an outstanding OG line worth pursuing. After spending a year going through (and tossing) various lines of OG seed stock from our germplasm archives, the plant engineer gnomes in Motific finally settled on an OG line truly worth developing:

Karma’s epic, “White OG v.2”!

This was the second OG line that Karma crafted, using more than a bit of original OG cornucopia from Californian elite OG’s. He combined Krome’s resin bomb, “The White OG”, with his own “Triple Kush”, which itself paired Cali Connection’s masterpiece, “SFV OG BX2”, with the straight-up genius that is OGRaskal’s, “White Fire OG”. It is hard to go wrong with a pedigree like that!

After sorting through 250 White OG V2 f3 plants line-bred from multiple packs of Karma’s original White OG v2 release, Motific finally found its champion stud!

Trust me when I say, that if OG is your game, then the new Motific White OG family is truly, “Game On!

Motific’s “Cherry Gasss” is self-explanatory. “Cherry” & “Gas”. It was a clean genetic recombination that fell into place like it was meant to be. Easy-peasy for the beginner to grow lovely, bushy trees in 10 weeks. Wonderful tart cherry-gas terps with lots of dank grease in the background and a buzz that is happy and easy. The OG is definitely there, but this one is really shines as a Humboldt Nor Cal retro remake. Worth kicking the tires on this gal!
