D.C. Seed Exchange (DCSE), established in September 2015, is a family-owned and operated business based in Washington, D.C. We are proud to be one of the longest-standing seed banks on the East Coast. We offer a variety of “collector’s seeds,” also known as hemp seeds. These seeds are federally compliant in the United States, containing less than 0.3% THC per seed. This makes them legal to possess in most states and countries.

• Collecting: We offer a wide variety of seeds for collectors interested in preserving unique genetic lines.
• Supporting Our Veterans: We are committed to giving back to the veteran community. A limited number of seeds, donated by generous breeders, are available to veterans who can demonstrate a need.
